No Job Too Small: Why Every Client Deserves Our Best Service

"It's just a small job, hardly worth your time." We hear that from time to time from prospective clients. However, from our viewpoint every job is worthwhile as long as we give the best effort we can to reach the desired effect. We prefer to be viewed as consultants rather than sales people, or order takers.

Many potential clients have a clear budget in mind and tell us up front what they want to spend on their window treatment project. Sometimes they even feel bad about it, but in reality we love helping our clients get the window coverings they are happy about, not about how much money we make on the job.

Sometimes a soon to be client is a first-time home owner and they aren't always aware of just how much items for the home can cost, such as blinds, shades, shutters, or a drapery treatment.

To illustrate, after consulting with us a new homeowner may realize that what we offer might not be the best fit for them at this time in their home-ownership journey. One real-life example happened just this way. The couple we consulted with weren't financially ready at that time, however they really appreciated the level of service and care they received. So much so they became a great source of referrals for our company.

Even though your job might be on the minimal side, it still gives us the opportunity to show you how we can bring even the smallest jobs to life with the right fabric, or blind. And hopefully down the road when you are ready to do a more extensive design project, we are here for you.

Currently we are doing whole-house projects and love doing fun, modern and fresh window covering designs. If this is where you are at in this stage of your home ownership and are looking for a new look for fall and the upcoming festive seasons, then please contact us. We'd be happy to have a virtual consult over Zoom or FaceTime. You can call or email us as well.

Paul and April Kempler have been doing window coverings for nearly 30 years in the Northern Nevada area, but currently have been assisting home owners nation wide. Paul is considered by some to be the Window Fashions Expert. Window Fashionista works with homeowners as well as interior design firms in search of a window covering source for their projects.
